Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect "Personal Data" — whatever you choose to enter into our contact form — only when you submit it. It is used to respond to your inquiry, not to track you or build a profile. We also automatically collect "Derivative Data" (IP address, browser type, operating system) to analyze Site traffic and improve user experience.

2. Forms You Sign Online

When you sign a release or other form through a link we send you, we collect what you enter on the form (such as your name, address, phone number or email, and a parent or guardian’s name if you are under 18), your drawn signature, and the date and time, IP address, and device and browser you signed from. We keep these, together with an exact copy of the form as you signed it, as our record of your agreement.

This information is used only to keep that record and to contact you about the project it covers. It is stored securely with our hosting provider, can be seen only by Ethereal Lens Media, and is never sold or used for marketing. You can save or print a copy when you sign, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

Because a signed release is a legal record of your permission, we keep it for as long as we may use the recordings it covers, even if you ask us to delete your other information.

3. Use of Tracking Technologies

Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to help customize the Site and improve your experience. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default; you can remove or reject cookies through your browser settings.

Pixels and Social Media Retargeting

We may use tracking pixels from third-party services (such as Meta and LinkedIn) to measure advertising performance and deliver targeted advertising. Where such tools are employed, the data is anonymized and aggregated, meaning we cannot personally identify you through this process.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic and performance. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for their commercial purposes. We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, and safety.

Service Providers

To operate the Site and deliver our services, we rely on trusted third-party providers who process information on our behalf. These include Formspree (delivery of contact-form submissions), Vimeo (video hosting and playback), Cloudflare (site hosting, security, web analytics, and secure storage of forms signed online), and, where appointment scheduling is offered, a third-party calendar booking service. These providers may access your information only as needed to perform services for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own commercial purposes.

We also use everyday productivity software, some of which includes AI-assisted features, to organize projects and correspondence.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you provide, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed against all types of misuse.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in certain circumstances. To request a review or deletion of your data, please contact us. Signed releases and other signed forms are kept as described in section 2.
